The offer
List your home with Julie Marticorena of The Marticorena Group, brokered by LPT Realty, for a 1% listing-side commission plus HST, on a signed listing agreement with a minimum term of 90 days.
What is included
Your home listed on the MLS and Realtor.ca, standard listing photos, presentation and review of all offers, full negotiation on your behalf, and management of the paperwork through to closing.
What is not included
This is a limited-service listing. It does not include home staging, professional or twilight photography, paid advertising or social media campaigns, or open houses. These can be added and quoted separately if you would like them.
Buyer’s agent commission
The 1% is the listing (seller) side only. A commission to the co-operating buyer’s brokerage is separate from the 1%, is negotiable, and is customarily 2.5% plus HST. This amount is agreed in your listing agreement.
Who qualifies
The offer applies to residential resale properties listed at $500,000 or higher. It is not available to sellers currently represented under a listing agreement with another brokerage, or within the holdover period of a recently expired or cancelled listing agreement.
Service area
This offer applies to homes within the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB) service area across the Greater Toronto Area, including Toronto, Durham, York, and Peel. Homes outside this area can be referred to a trusted local agent.
Other terms
New listings only. Cannot be combined with any other discount, rebate, or referral arrangement. Commission is earned on a firm and completed sale as set out in the signed listing agreement. Commissions are negotiable and are not set or fixed by any law or real estate board. This offer may be changed or withdrawn at any time without notice. All terms are governed by the signed listing agreement, which prevails in the event of any difference.
