VuPoint Condos, Pickering. Right here in Durham Region, steps from Pickering GO Station, Pickering Town Centre, and the waterfront. Modern 2-bedroom, 2-bedroom + den, and 3-bedroom units, $0 down payment, and income-geared monthly costs. Eligible household income range: $90,000 to $125,000, for 2 to 4 person households. Applications are open now.
Countryside, Brampton. Under construction, with over half the homes already matched to families. Modern 3- and 4-bedroom townhomes, $0 down payment. Household income $93,000+, for 3 to 5 person households who live or work in Brampton.
PACE Condos, Toronto. Two units still available in the heart of downtown, steps from the Eaton Centre, TMU, and TTC. 1- and 2-bedroom units, no down payment required. Household income ranges from $86,000 to $130,000 depending on unit.
Coxwell, Toronto. Newly built 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom homes in Toronto’s east end, part of Habitat GTA’s Attainable Ownership Program. Requires a minimum $5,000 down payment and 150 volunteer hours as part of the program. Household income $115,000 to $146,800.
